The room is brand-new and compact with a rain shower and separate bathroom, and the staff is professional, wonderfully helpful, and provided great recommendations.

Everything was simply great. We had a spotless room with climate control, an individual safe, and a mini bar. - We had courtyard view with an extremely comfy bed. - the location was great, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Ngoc Son Temple.

The location was particularly good, and we could reach Hanoi Old Quarter by walking. There were restaurants and great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was satisfactory and complete with continental food items.

Great location, you can easily walk to the Old Quarter. the breakfast here is very impressive - lots of food options to choose from! 🍳

Tu Linh 2 is a great and cheap place to stay. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean. The thing I liked most about Tu Linh 2 is the great customer service you receive upon check-in. We will definitely come back and stay here. Its in a very good location.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The perfect hotel for a citytrip to sightsee the city in Hanoi situated right in the centre of the city. Good clean rooms, and very helpfull staff. They do everything to satisfy you. If you book an excursion you get what you pay for. The boattrip to Halong Bay for 79 dollar was very good. After turning back of the 3 day excursion to Sapa they offered us a free breakfast and we could use all the falicities (shower, coffee, fruit).

I am sorry to leave a negative review but it has to be said. I booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews and attractive photos. Upon checking in, it is nothing like that at all. We booked 2 honeymoon suites for my family. My younger sister upon checking in was begging me to move to another hotel. The room (honeymoon suite!) I was in was run down. There were a massive gaping hole on the toilet door left unrepaired. The power socket was loose, seems dangerous to use. The bathroom was run down as well. The room was just not kept and cared for properly. We stayed in a another Hanoi 3 star hotel a few streets away, eventhough it was 10USD more, it was so, so much better. Previously the hotel agreed to arrange for hotel pick-up for 270 dong for 7 seater. Upon checking out, the reception wanted us to pay more saying if we wanted 7 seater, we needed to pay more. We refused and somehow we managed to get a 7 seater. The reception then reluctantly said that "oh we were lucky". But there were a few hardworking, very helpful staff too.

We stayed 4 nights in total at this hotel and loved it. It is the best place we have stayed in durin our 3 months travels in south east asia. The staff go out of their way to help you, remember you by name and really make you feel at home. The rooms are extremely comfortable and have nice furnishings and there is even a lift in the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price and there is free tea and coffee and sweets all day. Hotel is in an excellent location being in the old town and everything is on your doorstep. I highly recommend anyone coming to Hanoi to stay here.

We enjoyed the double room with a clean bathroom, balcony, and shower, at a great price, in a fantastic location close to a famous prison.

It had very central location close to Old Quarter. And the area was great, really close to the center of old-town.
